We are looking for a high-calibre, hands-on Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead the execution and operational growth of a growing real estate & construction organisation.

Ideal Candidate:

1825+ years of experience in Real Estate / Construction / Infrastructure

Proven track record of managing multiple large-scale projects

Strong understanding of RERA, land acquisition, liaisoning and real estate legal processes

Strong commercial, negotiation and leadership capabilities

Execution-focused, strategic and highly accountable
