CarbonCraft is building the future of sustainable building materials through Zero Cement, Zero Firing & Zero Clay technologies, transforming industrial byproducts and waste into high-performance, design-driven building products.

We’re looking for an experienced Chief of Staff to work directly with the Founder and drive high-priority initiatives across the company.

- Cross-functional Operations
- R&D; & Product Commercialization
- Manufacturing & Supply Chain
- Business Development & Partnerships
- Fundraising & Investor Relations
- Founder’s Office & Strategic Execution

Who we’re looking for:Mandatory:

• 4+ years of hands-on Founder’s Office experience

• Experience in Chief of Staff, Strategy, Strategic Operations, or similar roles

• Proven ability to take initiatives from idea → execution → closure

• Strong analytical,



problem-solving, communication & stakeholder-management skills

• Robust understanding of business strategy, financial models & investor communication

Preferred: Experience in Climate Tech, Sustainability, Manufacturing, Material Science, Architecture, Circular Economy, or Deep Tech.

This is a high-ownership, founder-facing role for someone who can think strategically, operate independently, and execute relentlessly.
