Role Description The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Miryalan (MD) is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Mukundapuram. The CEO will provide overall strategic direction, set organizational goals, and ensure alignment across all business units and brands. This role involves overseeing daily operations, guiding senior leadership, and driving performance in finance, technology, and emerging venture initiatives.

The CEO will build and maintain high-impact partnerships, represent the organization with key stakeholders, and lead fundraising and investment discussions where applicable. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing financial and operational reports, making data-informed decisions, mentoring leadership teams, managing risk, and ensuring that all activities support the mission of building innovative, sustainable solutions for the future. The CEO will also champion a collaborative, inclusive culture and uphold strong governance and ethical standards.

Qualifications

- Strategic leadership skills, including Strategic Planning and Business Planning, with the ability to define vision, set priorities, and drive long-term growth.
- Operational expertise in Operations Management,



with experience optimizing processes, overseeing cross-functional teams, and ensuring productive execution.
- Financial acumen in Finance, including budgeting, forecasting, and interpreting financial reports to guide decision-making.
- Commercial and growth-oriented mindset in Sales, with experience in business development, market expansion, and stakeholder relationship management.
- Proven experience in senior executive or CEO-level roles, ideally within multi-sector, high-growth, or innovation-driven organizations.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage investors, partners, and internal teams effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams, foster an inclusive workplace, and cultivate a culture of accountability and innovation.
- Advanced degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience in relevant leadership roles will be considered.
- Comfort with fast-paced environments, emerging technologies, and long-term visionary projects focused on societal impact.
