Role Description

The Designer role is a full-time, in office position located in Coimbatore. In this role, the Designer will be responsible for creating compelling designs, visual assets, and graphics for a variety of platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing user interfaces, improving user experiences, creating marketing materials, collaborating with teams,



and ensuring adherence to brand guidelines while maintaining innovation and creativity.

Qualifications
Skills in Graphic Design, Visual Design, and creating user-centered designs
Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, or Sketch
Ability to develop UI/UX designs and create prototypes for web and mobile applications
Experience in Branding, Typography, and Color Theory
Solid communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively within a team
Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
Knowledge of design trends and ability to innovate within industry standards
Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field is a plus
Prior experience in the IT, software, or digital industry is an advantage
