Salary : Based on Experience ( 22K to 27K Per month)
Hands-on experience with Windows (mandatory)/Linux(basic knowledge like installation troubleshooting) and Mac OS(preferred if have)
Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of endpoints
Positive understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products
Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software like team viewer and any desk
Installing and upgrading operating systems and computer software.
Troubleshooting networking and connection issues.
Guide users with easy, step-by-step instructions.
Address user tickets regarding hardware, software and networking.
Support technical issues involving core business applications and operating systems.
Support print Issues and printer networking issues.
Set up and test sound equipment before events, broadcasts & recordings
Basic knowledge of Wi Fi
Valuable soft communication skills.
