Follow standard recipes, portion sizes, cooking methods, and presentation standards.
Assist with grilling, sautéing, roasting, baking, sauce preparation, and other basic cooking techniques.
Maintain proper food storage and ingredient handling.
Ensure freshness and quality of all food products.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, equipment, and workstations.
Follow food safety and kitchen hygiene standards.
Minimize food wastage and use ingredients efficiently.
Support the kitchen team during busy service hours.
Follow instructions from senior chefs and maintain proper kitchen discipline.
