n Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple audit & assurance engagements , ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.n
Plan audit objectives, develop audit strategy, and identify/manage key audit risks.n
Review and analyze financial statements, accounting records, and financial reports for accuracy and compliance.n
Maintain regular client communication , manage expectations, and ensure strong client relationships.n
Supervise, train, and mentor audit team members and provide performance feedback.n
Manage multiple priorities while ensuring adherence to qualified and firm standards.n
n Requirements

CA / CPA qualified n
5+ years of progressive experience in Audit & Assurance n
Minimum 1 year of supervisory/team management experience n
Robust experience working with Financial Services clients , particularly:n
Broker Dealersn
Private Equity / Venture Capitaln
Hedge Fundsn
Funds of Fundsn
Solid analytical, communication, client management, and team leadership skills.n
