Role & responsibilities
Safety Systems & Policy: Design and improve safety management systems that align with local laws and international standards like ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and OSHA.
Audits & Inspections: Lead regular site walk-throughs, safety inspections, and formal audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance. [
Incident Investigation: Investigate workplace accidents or near-misses to find root causes and execute corrective action plans.
Training & Culture: Create and deliver safety education programs, toolbox talks, and emergency mock drills for staff and contractors.
Regulatory Reporting: Monitor health and safety metrics, manage documentation, and oversee ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) reporting frameworks where applicable

Preferred candidate profile
Certifications: Qualified credentials such as NEBOSH, OSHA, or ISO Lead Auditor status.
Experience: Generally 18 + years of progressive experience in occupational health and safety, often manufacturing, power, or real estate asset management
Skills: Solid leadership, root-cause analysis, regulatory knowledge, and proficiency with digital EHS management system
