Key Responsibilities
Manage and drive business across 2–3 branches.
Lead and monitor Branch Managers to achieve business targets.
Drive advisor recruitment, activation, and productivity.
Develop strategies to achieve divisional sales and revenue targets.
Monitor branch performance and provide regular guidance to Branch Managers.
Build robust relationships with advisors and key stakeholders.
Ensure consistent business growth across the assigned division.
Eligibility
Robust experience in Life Insurance – Agency Channel.
Prior experience in Branch Handling / Multiple Branch Management preferred.
Proven experience in managing Branch Managers and sales teams.
Solid leadership, communication, and business development skills.
Willingness to travel across the assigned branches.
