Position: Domestic IT Recruiter

Location: Gurugram (onsite)

We are looking for motivated Domestic IT Recruiter with 2+ year of experience to join our growing recruitment team. This role focuses on hiring for India-based technical positions across multiple technologies and domains.

The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of domestic IT recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and a strong interest in building a career in technical hiring within a fast-paced, growth-oriented workplace.

Responsibilities
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for domestic IT positions across various technologies.
Work on full-time, contract, and contract-to-hire requirements.
Utilize job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels to identify suitable candidates.
Must have experience in working on demands like SAP, ERP, Oracle, SFDC, Salesforce, Workday, Cybersecurity,



Microsoft Office 365,
Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers.
Manage candidate pipelines, submissions, and follow-ups.
Assist with offer rollouts, negotiations, and onboarding coordination.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Requirements
2+ year of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with hiring for IT roles in the Indian market is preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Basic understanding of technical roles and skill sets is a plus.
