Manage end-to-end online orders: picking, QC, packing, labelling and dispatch.
Ensure all orders are processed within the defined SLA with minimum cancellations and errors.
Monitor and coordinate Myntra, Shopify and other marketplaces orders.
Conduct inventory tracking and verification, including marketplace returns.
Perform and maintain packing video checks/evidence as required for marketplace disputes and penalty avoidance.
Maintain online inventory accuracy and coordinate with the store team on stock availability.
Identify and escalate order, inventory or system-related issues.
During non-order-processing hours, support store sales and customer handling.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
