Bakery Production Supervisor (2 positions)

We are seeking two experienced and detail-oriented Bakery Production

Supervisors to lead daily operations within our bakery production facility. The ideal candidates will be responsible for overseeing the full production process,

ensuring product quality, maintaining food safety standards, and managing a team of bakery staff to achieve efficient and consistent output.

As a Bakery Production Supervisor, you will coordinate production schedules,

monitor ingredient usage, supervise baking processes, and ensure that all products meet our quality expectations and company standards. You will play a key role in maintaining workflow efficiency, minimizing waste, and ensuring timely delivery of fresh bakery products.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily bakery production activities
Monitor preparation, baking, and packaging processes
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP)
Manage production staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance
Maintain consistent product quality and presentation




Control inventory of ingredients and production supplies
Report production data and identify areas for improvement
Ensure equipment is used properly and report maintenance needs
Work closely with management to meet production targets and deadlines

Requirements
Previous experience in bakery or food production supervision
Strong understanding of bakery production processes
Knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene practices
Leadership and team management skills
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment
Good organizational and problem-solving skills
Flexibility to work in shifts when required
