Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Ecommerce Executive based in Noida. The Ecommerce Executive will be responsible for managing daily ecommerce operations, developing and implementing sales strategies, handling account management, and providing excellent customer service. The role includes analyzing market trends, managing a team, and working closely with other departments to ensure seamless ecommerce activities.

Qualifications




Solid Analytical Skills for market trend analysis and decision-making
Experience in Account Management to maintain and grow client relationships
Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue growth
Team Management skills to lead and motivate the ecommerce team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Prior experience in the ecommerce industry is a plus

Requirements:
Graduate in any degree
1–3 years of experience in managing e-commerce platforms like Amazon and Flipkart
Strong knowledge of product listing, keyword optimization, and e-commerce operations
Familiarity with tools such as Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub
Good understanding of Excel, Google Sheets, and basic analytics
Solid organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
