About The Role

We are looking for a target-oriented Educational Counselor to guide students and help them choose the right career-focused technology courses.

Courses: Data Science | Full Stack Development | Cloud Computing | Cybersecurity | Data Engineering

Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and explain suitable courses.
Explain course curriculum, fees, career prospects and placement support.
Convert leads into admissions and achieve monthly targets.
Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp and email.
Maintain CRM and lead records.
Conduct counseling sessions and course demos.

Requirements
Experience in selling/counseling IT or tech courses preferred.
Positive communication and convincing skills.
Fluency in English, Hindi and Marathi.
Target-oriented and result-driven.
Basic knowledge of CRM, MS Office/Excel.
Graduate.
