Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage overall business operations and operational strategy.
- Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
- Oversee day-to-day operations across business functions.
- Drive business growth and ensure achievement of organizational goals.
- Manage and mentor senior leadership and operational teams.
- Monitor budgets, costs, revenue, and overall business performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and statutory requirements.
- Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.




- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and business partners.
- Provide strategic insights and regular performance updates to the management.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
- 15 to 23 years of strong leadership and operations experience.
- Proven experience in a senior operational/leadership role.
- FMCG experience preferred.
- Candidates from Hotels, Restaurants, or Hospitality industries are also preferred.
- Robust business acumen, leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and team-management abilities.
