Role Description The Chemistry Teacher JEE will design and deliver classroom lessons that prepare students for JEE-level Chemistry, with a strong emphasis on conceptual clarity, problem-solving, and exam strategies.

Responsibilities include planning structured lesson modules, creating practice questions and assignments, conducting doubt-clearing sessions, and monitoring student progress through regular assessments.



The teacher will work closely with other faculty members to align content with the overall curriculum and maintain a positive, motivating classroom environment. This is a full time, on-site role based in Noida, requiring daily interaction with students and participation in academic planning and parent communication as needed.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Chemistry Education with a solid understanding of JEE syllabus and exam patterns.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Lesson Planning and curriculum design for competitive exam preparation.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear explanation of complex concepts and constructive feedback.
- Proven Teaching experience in coaching or school environments, ideally with success in JEE or similar exams.
- Relevant academic qualification in Chemistry (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree); B.Ed. or equivalent teaching credential is an advantage.
- Ability to use educational technology and digital resources to supplement classroom teaching.
- Strong classroom management, patience, and a student-centric approach to learning.
- Willingness to work flexible hours aligned with coaching schedules, including weekends if required.
