We are looking for an experienced Chat Support Executive to handle customer queries through chat and provide timely and professional assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries through chat.
- Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions to customers.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and maintain a positive customer experience.
- Follow standard customer service procedures and communication guidelines.
- Maintain accuracy while handling multiple customer conversations.
- Record and update customer information as required.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a chat-based customer support process.
- Valuable written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Bengali is mandatory.
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be preferred.
Compensation ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (in-hand)
Working Schedule
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Weekly Off: Sunday
- Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
