- Handle student and prospect communication across WhatsApp, Email, RCS and SMS for all ITM programs.
- Respond to queries on time with proper follow-ups and lead nurturing.
- Should have knowledge of Marketing Automation, AI tools and CRM platforms.
- Manage WhatsApp template creation, submission and approval process.
- Create and manage segments, campaigns and communication journeys.
