Job Title: Chartered Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Finance

- Oversee and manage complete books of accounts
- Ensure accuracy of financial records, ledgers, and MIS reports
- Supervise day-to-day accounting activities and team (if applicable)
- Manage cash flow, bank reconciliation, and fund utilization

Taxation & Compliance

- Handle GST compliance including returns, reconciliation, and assessments
- Manage Income Tax, TDS, and other statutory compliances
- Prepare and review tax workings, notices, and replies
- Ensure timely filing of all statutory returns

Audit & Regulatory

- Handle all types of audits (Statutory, Internal, Tax, GST, Concurrent, etc.)
- Coordinate with auditors and ensure smooth audit closures
- Ensure compliance with NBFC regulations, RBI guidelines, and reporting norms

NBFC & Loan Operations

- Strong understanding of NBFC company structure and operations
- Knowledge of all types of loans (Personal, Business, Secured/Unsecured, etc.)




- Support loan accounting, interest calculation, NPA tracking, and provisioning
- Ensure compliance related to lending and recovery processes

Liaisoning & Coordination

- Liaison with GST, Income Tax, Banks, Auditors, and other authorities
- Coordinate with internal departments and senior management
- Assist in financial planning and decision-making

Eligibility & Skills

● Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory

● Proven experience in NBFC or finance/lending companies preferred

● Strong expertise in GST, Taxation, Audits, and Compliance

● In-depth knowledge of NBFC laws, RBI norms, and loan products

● Experience in liaisoning and regulatory coordination

● Proficient in Tally, MS Excel, and other accounting softwarStrong analytical, organizational,

and communication skills
