Role

Build and manage the Channel Partner network across Nagpur & Vidarbha, driving partner engagement, site visits, sales closures, and process compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, onboard and manage Channel Partners, brokers and wealth consultants.

- Act as SPOC for inventory, pricing, payment plans and promotional schemes.

- Drive CP engagement, sourcing and client visit pipeline.

- Support partners during site visits, negotiations and deal closures.

- Conduct product briefings and project walkthroughs for partner teams.

- Ensure compliance with SOPs, booking protocols and fair-practice codes.

- Coordinate lead attribution, client tagging, booking documentation and CP payouts.

Ideal Candidate

- 2–6 years in B2B/B2C Sales, Channel Management, Business Development or Key Account Management.

- Presentable, well-groomed and confident personality with a strong qualified presence.





- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence and build relationships.

- A go-getter with high energy, initiative, ownership and a result-oriented approach.

- Fast learner with strong adaptability to fast-paced sales environments.

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA or Sales Background preferred.

- Real estate experience not mandatory.

Work & Travel

- Saturday & Sunday working with weekday compensatory off.

- Regional travel across Vidarbha 1–2 times/month.

- Comfortable with fast-paced sales cycles and project launches.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
