We are looking for a skilled CGI WMIS Technical Support Engineer (L3) with 6 to 9 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in WMIS integration, interface queues, and technical support.

Roles and Responsibility

- Provide technical support for WMIS integration with various systems such as Maximo, GIS, SAP, and MWM.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to interface queues and technical support.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of WMIS with other systems.

- Develop and implement solutions to complex technical problems using CGI WMIS technologies.

- Conduct thorough analysis of technical issues and provide root cause analysis reports.





- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop technical solutions.

Job Requirements

- Strong knowledge of CGI WMIS technologies and their applications.

- Experience with interface queues and technical support is essential.

- Familiarity with Maximo, GIS, SAP, and MWM systems is required.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
