Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the Banking partners to understand their training requirements & provide the necessary training
- Meet the budgeted business numbers
- Maintain minimum Persistency of 85%
- Follow the provided leads and also generate leads to improve sales
- Meet the CLA numbers
- Initiatives to improve Partner Income
- Periodic meeting of Partners & Las
Experience: 1 to 8yrs (Insurance/ BFSI/ NBFC) Salary: 3 LPA to 3.5 LPA
Location: Bangalore (Malleswaram, Rajaji Nagar, Jayanagar, JP Nagar)
