Job Title: Centre Manager – Nasha Mukti & Rehabilitation Centre

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Centre Management**

* Centre ki daily operations ko smoothly manage karna.
- Patients, staff aur overall centre discipline ki monitoring karna.
- Centre ke rules, policies aur procedures ko properly implement karna.

1. Patient Management

* Patients ki admission, discharge aur daily routine ko monitor karna.
- Patients ke behaviour, discipline aur rehabilitation progress par nazar rakhna.
- Emergency ya critical situations ko responsibly handle karna.

1. Staff Management

* Doctors, counsellors, therapists, nursing/care staff aur support staff ko coordinate karna.
- Staff ki attendance, duty roster aur work performance monitor karna.
- Staff ke beech proper coordination aur discipline maintain karna.

1. Documentation & Records

* Patient files, admission forms, consent forms aur other records maintain karwana.
- Daily reports, incident reports aur centre-related records ki checking.
- Confidential patient information ko secure rakhna.

1. Family Coordination

* Patients ke family members ke saath regular communication maintain karna.
- Family meetings aur counselling coordination mein support karna.
- Patient ki progress ke regarding authorised information provide karna.

1. Administration & Facility Management**

* Food, accommodation, hygiene, security aur cleanliness ki monitoring.




- Medicines/essential supplies ki availability coordinate karna.
- Centre ke vendors aur external service providers ke saath coordination.

1. Discipline & Safety**

* Centre mein discipline, safety aur peaceful environment maintain karna.
- Any misconduct, violence, absconding risk ya other incidents ko immediately report aur manage karna.
- Emergency protocols ko ensure karna.

8.Reporting**
- Management ko daily/weekly/monthly operational reports dena.
- Staff performance, patient status aur centre activities ki regular reporting.
- Management ke instructions ko timely implement karna.

1. Rehabilitation Program Coordination

* Counselling, group activities, therapy, yoga/meditation aur other rehabilitation activities ka schedule coordinate karna.
- Patients ki participation aur routine follow-up monitor karna.

10Professional Conduct
- Patients ke saath respectful aur non-judgmental behaviour maintain karna.
- Patient privacy and confidentiality maintain karna.
- Centre ki reputation aur skilled standards ko maintain karna.

Preferred Qualifications: Graduation preferred

Experience: Rehabilitation/Nasha Mukti Centre, hospital, healthcare, security, administration or team-management experience preferred.

Ex-Army/Defence personnel: Suitable candidates may also be considered for strong discipline and team-management skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
