About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Center Manager with strong call center/BPO operations experience to manage and drive the overall performance of our Hubli center. Candidate who is willing to relocate to Hubli

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day center operations and team performance
- Lead, coach and motivate the calling/customer support team
- Track productivity, quality, attendance and performance metrics
- Ensure achievement of operational and business targets
- Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback
- Coordinate with HR, QA, Training and Operations teams
- Maintain discipline, process adherence and service quality




- Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports

Candidate Requirements

✅ 4+ years of experience in Call Center/BPO/Telecalling operations

✅ Experience managing a team is mandatory

✅ Robust communication and leadership skills

✅ Good understanding of call center KPIs, QA and productivity metrics

✅ Strong problem-solving and escalation-handling skills

✅ Candidates willing to relocate to Hubli are encouraged to apply
