Position: CCTV Operator / ICCC Operator

Location: Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh – ITMS Project

Experience: 2+ Years

Job Responsibilities:

- Monitor CCTV cameras and live video feeds from the control room.
- Monitor and operate the ICCC (Integrated Command & Control Centre) systems.
- Identify and report suspicious activities, incidents, and camera faults.
- Maintain proper records of incidents, alerts, and daily activities.
- Coordinate with field teams and concerned departments during incidents.
- Perform basic troubleshooting of CCTV, network, and system-related issues.
- Monitor system connectivity and report network/camera downtime.
- Follow ITMS/ICCC operating procedures and escalation processes.

Required Skills :

- Basic knowledge of CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR, VMS, and surveillance systems.
- Basic understanding of computer networking, LAN/WAN, IP addresses, and connectivity.




- Basic knowledge of ITMS / ICCC operations will be an advantage.
- Good communication and observation skills.
- Ability to work in shifts, including night shifts.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.

Educational Qualification: Candidates must have a technical degree such as:

- B.Tech / B.E.
- MCA
- BCA
- or any other relevant technical/IT qualification.

Preferred Candidate:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in CCTV Operations, ICCC, ITMS, Surveillance, Control Room Operations, or a similar technical role.
- Candidates with experience in Smart City / ITMS / ICCC projects will be preferred.
