Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons aligned with the curriculum.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Assess student learning through assignments, tests, projects, and continuous evaluation.
- Identify individual learning needs and provide appropriate academic support.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and performance.
- Encourage critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and holistic development.
- Communicate effectively with parents and the academic team regarding student progress.
- Participate in school activities, events, training programs, and professional development initiatives.
- Follow school policies, academic standards, and classroom management practices.

Candidate Profile





- Passionate about teaching and committed to student development.
- Strong subject knowledge and effective communication skills.
- Positive classroom management and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to use innovative and technology-enabled teaching methodologies.
- Relevant Bachelors/Master’s degree and teaching qualification, as applicable.
- Prior teaching experience is preferred; freshers with strong subject knowledge may also apply.
