Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Career Counselor at Corizo Edutech Private Limited.

The Career

Counselor will guide students through career exploration, skills assessment, and goal setting, helping them identify suitable academic and professional paths. Daily responsibilities include conducting virtual counseling sessions, providing individualized career advice, and supporting learners in building resumes, portfolios, and interview strategies.



The role also involves collaborating with mentors and trainers to align counseling with ongoing courses and internships, tracking student progress, and maintaining accurate records.

The Career

Counselor will contribute to workshops, webinars, and career readiness resources that enhance student engagement and outcomes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management.
- Candidates should possess skills in Student Counseling and learner support.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including active listening and clear guidance in virtual settings.
- Relevant experience in academic advising, career services, or EdTech environments is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Human Resources, Counseling, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup, manage multiple student cases, and use digital tools for counseling and documentation.
- Familiarity with current job market trends, internship pathways, and emerging roles in tech and business is an advantage.
