Role Description The Campus Ambassador role at HireX AI is a full time, 100% remote opportunity focused on representing the brand at colleges and universities. Ambassadors help grow awareness of HireX AI by promoting the platform to students, faculty, and campus organizations through online events, presentations, and social media outreach.
Day-to-day responsibilities include organizing and hosting virtual info sessions, sharing product updates with placement cells and career services, and engaging student communities to encourage sign-ups and platform usage.
The role also involves collecting feedback from campus stakeholders, supporting student onboarding, and collaborating with the HireX AI team on marketing campaigns and growth initiatives. Ambassadors are expected to maintain consistent communication with HireX AI, report on campus activities and metrics, and serve as a key connector between the platform and their institution.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Presentations skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly to diverse campus audiences.
- Marketing and Networking skills to promote HireX AI across student groups, social media, and campus communities.
- Sales and persuasion abilities to drive sign-ups, adoption, and engagement among students and campus stakeholders.
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college or university, with active involvement in student organizations, placement cells, or career services preferred.
- Comfort working independently in a remote environment, managing time effectively, and meeting activity and reporting expectations.
- Familiarity with digital tools, social media platforms, and virtual event hosting; interest in recruitment, HR technology, or early-career hiring is a plus.
- Demonstrated initiative, professionalism, and a collaborative mindset when working with peers and institutional partners.
