ScaleDojo is looking for Campus Ambassadors to help us build awareness and grow our community across college campuses.

As a Campus Ambassador, you’ll work closely with the ScaleDojo team to introduce students to our hands-on approach to learning and practicing system design. You’ll have the opportunity to build communities, run campus initiatives, experiment with growth ideas, and directly contribute to the adoption of ScaleDojo on your campus.

This is not just a referral or social media-sharing role. We’re looking for students who can take ownership, come up with ideas, and execute them.

What you’ll do

- Represent ScaleDojo on your campus.
- Build and engage a community of students interested in software engineering and technology.
- Organize or support workshops, tech sessions, challenges, and campus activities.
- Run campaigns and growth experiments to increase awareness and adoption.
- Introduce students to ScaleDojo and its hands-on system design learning experience.
- Gather feedback from students and share insights with the ScaleDojo team.
- Take ownership of campus growth initiatives from idea to execution.

What we’re looking for

- Currently enrolled in a college or university.
- Curious, proactive,



and willing to take initiative.
- Interested in technology, software engineering, or tech careers.
- Comfortable connecting with people and building communities.
- Active in college clubs, communities, events, or student networks is a plus.
- Strong execution mindset and willingness to experiment.

You do not need to be an expert in system design or software engineering.
