We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram). The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategy, execution, and performance analysis of paid media campaigns to drive conversions, traffic, and ROI.

- Key Responsibilities: Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram).
- Conduct audience research and competitor analysis to shape targeting strategies.
- Write compelling ad copy, design briefs, and collaborate with design/content teams for creatives.
- Monitor daily performance of campaigns and adjust bids, budget allocation, and targeting to optimize results.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments.
- Track KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Set up proper tracking (Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, UTM parameters) to measure user behavior and campaign performance.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.




- Stay current on platform updates, best practices, and trends in digital advertising.
- Qualifications: Proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Solid understanding of performance metrics and conversion tracking.
- Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Facebook Business Manager, and Ads Manager.
- Familiarity with A/B testing, remarketing, and funnel optimization.
- Good communication, analytical, and project management skills.
- Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Preferred Skills: Experience with eCommerce, lead generation, or app install campaigns.
- Knowledge of SEO, landing page design, and CRO is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools or ad platforms
