Boho Fest is looking for a confident, friendly and well-spoken Trainee to join our team and handle audience calling, lead follow-ups and customer engagement for Boho Fest 2026.

What You’ll Do

- Make outbound calls to registered users, leads and potential attendees.
- Explain Boho Fest tickets, offers, registration and event details.
- Follow up with interested leads and assist in ticket conversions.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate event-related information.
- Maintain daily call and follow-up records.
- Coordinate with the marketing and ticketing teams.
- Collect audience feedback and communicate key insights to the team.

We’re Looking For
- Excellent verbal communication and a friendly, confident personality.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.




- Good Hindi and English communication skills.
- Patient, persuasive and good at building conversations.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced event workplace.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.

Ideal Candidate Someone who is well-spoken, approachable, energetic and comfortable talking to recent people every day. A pleasant conversational style and strong follow-up skills are a big plus.
