Role & responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers to promote products/services, collect information, or follow up on inquiries.
- Maintain a qualified and positive attitude during all customer interactions. Record details of calls, customer information, and feedback accurately in the system.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate resolutions
- Coordinate with cross functional teams to provide resolution to customer
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets and quality benchmarks.
- Escalate complex queries to the supervisor when required.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer data and adhere to company policies.
Preferred Candidate Known Languages: Bengali, Tamil, Kanada, Malayalam, Telugu
