Comfortable working in rotational & night shifts
5.5 days working with rotational week-offs

Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support to international/NA customers.
Handle customer queries professionally through voice.
Troubleshoot basic Operating System-related issues.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Ensure customer satisfaction and quality standards.
