Role/ Job Title: Analyst – Finance Centre of Excellence (COE)

Job Purpose :

'The Analyst – Finance COE supports continuous improvement initiatives within the Finance function to enhance operational efficiency, process standardization, compliance, and quality of financial outputs. The role focuses on analytical support, issue identification, and execution of process enhancements across core finance areas.

The position works closely with Finance Controllers, COE Specialist, and cross-functional stakeholders to support regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and CFO-driven priorities.

Key / Primary Responsibilities :

'Process Improvement & Operational Support
Identify gaps and inefficiencies in finance processes such as reporting, reconciliations, and budgeting.
Support design and implementation of process improvements and automation initiatives.
Provide accounting and process support across finance systems and products.





Financial Reporting & Analytics
Identify and resolve gaps in financial reporting and FinOps processes including IT and reconciliation issues.
Support preparation of MIS, KPIs, and dashboards.
Perform variance analysis and root cause investigation.

Regulatory Compliance & Audit Support
Review RBI and other regulatory guidelines impacting financial controller processes.
Coordinate with stakeholders for implementation of RBI, SEBI, and statutory changes.
Support internal, statutory, and regulatory audits.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with Finance, IT, Risk, and Business teams on change initiatives.
Support system enhancements, ERP upgrades, and digital finance projects.
Ensure documentation and process updates are completed accurately.

Qualifications,

Qualified CA

Years of Experience-

2–5 years in Finance
