We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to manage financial operations, accounting activities, budgeting, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting and financial management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day financial and accounting operations.
Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and budgets.
Monitor cash flow, expenses, income, and overall financial performance.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Ensure timely completion of reconciliations and financial records.
Monitor payroll-related financial activities and statutory payments.
Ensure compliance with applicable tax and financial regulations.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external financial consultants.
Prepare MIS and financial reports for management.
Support management in financial planning and decision-making.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial processes.
Maintain accurate and confidential financial records.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in finance or accounting.
Robust knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Valuable knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage deadlines and work independently.
