CSR role and responsibility :
Formulate CSR policy and strategy in light with legislation, governance, compliance & business requirements
Plan, conceptualize & end-to-end execute new initiatives & programs. This will include assigning budgets, tracking progress with periodic reviews, plan risk mitigation and have governance, audits & checks in place
Build solid relationships with business stakeholders and with external partners (NGO's, Foundations, Government, Customers) to drive CSR Program.
Responsible for identifying programs with NGO partners that align with CSR mandate.
Monitoring of external partners (Financial, Governance & Program)
Compile Quarterly & Financial reports on various projects
CSR reporting to Board of Directors, CSR committee
Create and design CSR content for Website.
Identify financial risk assessment & prepare mitigation Plan
Preparing MCA report & CSR annual report for various business entities
End to end project management and monitoring
Representing organisation at various events
Positive in communication Skill related to the projects being managed.
