We are looking for a energetic EXIM Marketing Executive to handle international sales, client acquisition, and export-import coordination. The role involves developing overseas markets, managing export documentation, and ensuring smooth shipment and payment processes.

Key Responsibilities International Marketing & Sales
Identify and develop new international markets for products
Generate leads through online portals (Alibaba, TradeIndia, etc.)
Communicate with foreign clients and convert inquiries into orders
Handle price negotiation and finalize export deals

Export–Import Operations
Coordinate export and import shipments
Work with freight forwarders, CHA, and logistics partners
Track shipments and ensure timely delivery

Documentation & Compliance
Prepare export/import documents:
Commercial Invoice
Packing List
Bill of Lading / Airway Bill
Certificate of Origin
Ensure compliance with customs and DGFT regulations

Payment & Banking Coordination




Handle LC (Letter of Credit), advance payments, DP/DA
Coordinate with banks for export documentation
Follow up on payment realization

Client Relationship Management
Maintain robust relationships with overseas clients
Handle customer queries and after-sales support
Ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships

Required Skills
Solid communication & negotiation skills
Knowledge of international trade terms (FOB, CIF, EXW)
Familiarity with export documentation and logistics
Good English communication (written & verbal)
MS Excel & email handling

Qualification
Any Degree (MBA / International Business preferred)
Certification in Export–Import is an added advantage

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
