Candidate from Facility Services Firms will be preferred

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day facility operations including housekeeping, sanitation, canteen, drinking water, washrooms, and common areas.
Ensure proper upkeep and maintenance of factory premises, office areas, furniture, fixtures, and employee facilities.
Coordinate with maintenance teams and external vendors for electrical, plumbing, civil, HVAC, pest control, and other facility-related requirements.
Monitor facility-related consumables, supplies, and inventory and ensure timely replenishment.
Ensure proper cleanliness, hygiene, waste management, and workplace housekeeping standards across the factory.
Assist in maintaining fire safety, emergency preparedness, security, and statutory facility requirements.
Coordinate with service providers,



contractors, and vendors and monitor their performance.
Maintain facility-related records, checklists, AMC/service schedules, bills, and reports.
Identify facility issues proactively and ensure timely corrective action.
Support factory audits, customer audits, and compliance inspections related to facility management.
Promote employee awareness regarding cleanliness, hygiene, washroom usage, safety, and responsible use of factory facilities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
