Key Responsibilities
Solid knowledge of apartment facility operations.
Good communication and leadership skills.
Experience in manpower handling and vendor coordination.
Knowledge of MEP systems, fire safety, and facility management practices.
Maintain valuable relationships with apartment residents and owners.
Receive and resolve customer complaints, requests, and service issues promptly.
