Mettleminds Career Consultancy is looking for a confident and energetic Field Marketing Executive in Ludhiana.

Key Responsibilities
Visit schools and coaching centres across Ludhiana.
Meet Principals, Directors, Owners and concerned coordinators.
Introduce and present Mettleminds Career Consultancy and our career & admission guidance services.
Develop institutional collaborations and referral partnerships.
Generate genuine student enquiries and referrals.
Coordinate career guidance sessions for Class 12 students.
Regularly follow up with interested schools and coaching centres.
Maintain daily visit, lead and follow-up records.
Coordinate with the Mettleminds team regarding leads and institutional responses.

Candidate Requirements
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident in face-to-face meetings.
Comfortable with regular field work and travelling within Ludhiana.




Punjabi and Hindi communication skills required.
Basic English preferred.
Own two-wheeler is required.
Smartphone required.
Freshers with solid communication skills may apply.
Previous experience in field sales, education, admissions or marketing will be an advantage.
