Full Stack Engineer (Java + React) – AI-Assisted Development

About the Role

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer with 2–3 years of experience in Java and React to build and deliver scalable web applications.

This role focuses on AI-assisted development, where tools such as OpenAI Codex and Claude are used to accelerate development, improve productivity, and enhance code quality.

You will be responsible for building end-to-end features across backend and frontend systems, with a solid emphasis on ownership and delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot
Build responsive and efficient user interfaces using React
Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate with frontend systems
Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate development, debugging, and testing
Take ownership of features from development through deployment
Write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code
Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver functional solutions
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the application stack

Required Skills
2–3 years of experience in full stack development
Strong knowledge of Java and Spring Boot
Hands-on experience with React (hooks, component-based architecture)




Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript
Experience working with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL)
Good understanding of REST APIs and system design fundamentals
Experience using AI coding tools (Codex, Claude, Copilot, or similar) in development workflows
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills
Familiarity with modern frontend tooling and build systems
Experience writing unit and integration tests
Exposure to AI/LLM-based features or integrations
