Role & responsibilities

- Develop custom Siemens NX toolbar commands and external applications using C# .NET and VB.NET.
- Develop WPF and Windows Forms-based user interfaces and customized .NET UI components.
- Develop feature-recognition and mathematical algorithms using NXOpen interfaces and topology-based NX APIs.
- Develop engineering applications for creating and automating various NX Drafting elements.
- Work with XML and JSON configuration data.
- Maintain, enhance, and extend the Vectra NX Library.
- Apply Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and Design Patterns to develop maintainable and high-quality software.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop applications that improve and enhance the Auto2D automation workflow.
- Develop quality-checking applications to support the Vectra Design Team.
- Work with Managed NX / Teamcenter environments, including basic check-in and check-out processes.

Preferred candidate profile

- 59 years of hands-on experience in Siemens NX Customization.
- Strong programming skills in C# / C#.NET.
- Hands-on experience with NXOpen, NX API and UFunc.
- Experience in CAD Customization using C#.NET,



NXOpen and UFunc.
- Good understanding of OOP concepts and Design Patterns.
- Experience developing WPF / Windows Forms applications.
- Knowledge of XML and JSON configuration/data formats.
- Understanding of NX Drafting automation.
- Basic understanding of Teamcenter / Managed NX check-in and check-out processes.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional engineering teams.
