Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician/Engineer to manage preventive and predictive maintenance activities, ensure smooth operation of plant utilities, and maintain electrical and mechanical systems. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in the automotive or engineering industry and have robust troubleshooting and maintenance skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment.

- Ensure smooth functioning and maintenance of all plant utilities.

- Diagnose and rectify electrical and mechanical breakdowns to minimize downtime.

- Monitor and maintain utility systems such as compressors, DG sets, transformers, HVAC systems, pumps, and related equipment.

- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance activities as per maintenance schedules.

- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company maintenance procedures.

- Maintain maintenance records, equipment history, and service reports.





- Coordinate with production and other departments to ensure uninterrupted operations.

- Support continuous improvement initiatives for equipment reliability and efficiency.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Educational Qualification

- Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (D.E.E.E.)

Experience

- 4 to 5 years of relevant maintenance experience in the Automotive or Engineering industry.

Mandatory Requirements

- Valid C License Holder.

- Strong knowledge of Preventive & Predictive Maintenance.

- Hands-on experience in both Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance.

- Experience in handling and maintaining all plant utilities.

Additional Requirements

- Knowledge of EMS (Energy Management System).

- Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.

- Ability to work independently and under pressure.

- Basic knowledge of safety standards and maintenance documentation.
