DealsNearby.in is a local business discovery platform helping customers discover businesses, products, services and offers in their neighbourhood.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to connect with local businesses and help them get listed and discovered on our platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to local businesses and business owners.
- Introduce DealsNearby.in and explain how the platform can help businesses get discovered by more customers.
- Encourage businesses to claim their FREE business profile.
- Explain the benefits of adding products, services, photos, videos and catalogues.
- Follow up with businesses that have shown interest but have not yet completed their profile.
- Introduce our paid subscription plans and explain the additional visibility and features available.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups and onboarding status.
- Build a positive relationship with business owners and answer their basic queries.
- Achieve daily and monthly onboarding targets.
What We Are Looking For
- 12th pass or above.
- Fluent in Hindi and Marathi.
- Good spoken English.
- Clear, confident and pleasant communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking with business owners over the phone.
- Good convincing and follow-up skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp and computers.
- Freshers with positive communication skills are welcome.
⭐ Preferred Candidate Someone who is confident, energetic, target-oriented and not hesitant to make multiple calls every day.
Experience in telecalling, sales, business development, lead generation or customer service will be an advantage, but freshers can also apply.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
