About the role

Incresco runs three business lines — a technology consulting practice, a SaaS product suite, and a product for the hospitality sector. We are hiring a Business Operations Manager to own how the company runs across all three.

You will report to the CEO and work across every function — sales, delivery, engineering, finance and people. This is an ownership role with four defined mandates, not a support role.

Responsibilities

- Operating cadence. Run the company's operating rhythm across all functions and business lines — set agendas, circulate pre-reads, record decisions, and drive every action item to closure.
- Business reporting. Build and own the management reporting the business runs on — define the metrics, establish the source and cadence, assign owners, and keep the numbers reliable.
- Governance and follow-through. Maintain the record of what was decided, by whom and by when, and drive stalled items to completion.
- Resource and priority planning. Work across competing demands from multiple business lines, assemble the facts,



and bring the CEO a clear recommendation.
- External representation. Represent the company in writing and in person with clients, candidates, partners and vendors.

Requirements

- 3–7 years running operations, a business unit, or a function with its own outcomes
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Direct ownership of a budget, margin, collections number or cost line — owned, not reported on
- Proven ability to hold people to commitments across teams you do not manage
- Solid commercial judgement — able to form a view and defend a recommendation
- Sound judgement on cost and on sequencing priorities
- MBA or equivalent commercial training
- Able to work on-site in Bangalore

Preferred

- Built management reporting where none existed previously
- Run a recurring operating review
- Experience working with overseas clients or buyers in writing
- Exposure to a services, consulting or project-based business
