Role Description The Business Manager – Interior is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, responsible for overseeing interior projects from lead generation through completion. This role includes managing client relationships, understanding requirements, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts to achieve business targets.

The Business

Manager coordinates with designers, project managers, and vendors to ensure timely execution, cost control, and quality standards across all interior and architectural services. Daily tasks involve supervising project timelines, monitoring budgets, resolving on-site issues, and ensuring a smooth handover of completed homes. The role also involves reviewing market trends, driving local marketing initiatives, and contributing to process improvements that enhance customer experience and profitability.

- Candidates should possess strong project management and coordination skills, including the ability to plan schedules, monitor progress, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in interior, construction, or real estate project management.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic project documentation tools; exposure to design or project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, project tracking tools) is an added advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai, with flexibility to visit client locations and project sites as needed.
