Role Description The Business Manager role at MaskotPlan is a full time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role involves overseeing day-to-day business operations, including planning and monitoring commercial interior projects, coordinating with design, execution, and vendor management teams, and ensuring delivery aligned with timelines and budgets.

The Business

Manager will analyze performance metrics, optimize processes, and support cost optimization and transparency across projects.





Responsibilities also include building and maintaining client relationships, supporting business development initiatives, and contributing to strategic decisions that help scale the platform. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to improve workflow efficiency and enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

- Business operations and project management skills, including planning, coordination, and performance tracking.
- Experience in vendor and stakeholder management, with ability to handle contracts, negotiations, and material coordination.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen, including budgeting, cost optimization, and basic forecasting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement, team collaboration, and cross-functional alignment.
- Familiarity with commercial interiors, construction, or related service industries is an advantage.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for workflow management, reporting, and documentation.
- Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines consistently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field; advanced qualifications are a plus.
