Loneranger India is looking for an energetic, ambitious and extremely hands-on individual who wants an opportunity to take real ownership and grow with a rapidly developing Indian motorcycle riding gear brand.

We are NOT looking for someone who simply wants to manage from a desk.

We are looking for a doer and problem solver who is comfortable moving between the factory floor, manufacturing vendors and B2B customers.

The role has three major responsibilities:

BUSINESS GROWTH

- Personally drive and grow our B2B/dealer business across India
- Develop new dealers and markets
- Grow business with existing dealers and reactivate inactive accounts
- Identify new B2B, institutional and private-label opportunities
- Follow opportunities aggressively through to orders and payments
- Eventually build a sales team as the business grows

PRODUCTION & OPERATIONS
- Take ownership of daily production execution at our Noida factory
- Set clear production priorities and ensure productive utilisation of manpower
- Identify bottlenecks and get them resolved quickly
- Improve output, discipline and accountability
- Coordinate production through to QC, packing and dispatch
- Ensure overtime and manpower translate into measurable output

VENDOR & EXTERNAL PRODUCTION DEVELOPMENT




- Develop reliable external manufacturing/job-work units
- Visit, evaluate and negotiate with production partners
- Build additional production capacity when our in-house capacity is insufficient
- Ensure outsourced production meets our quality, cost and delivery requirements

We particularly want to meet people who are resourceful, commercially sharp, hardworking and hungry to build something.

You should be someone who sees a problem and thinks:

"How do I solve this?"

rather than:

"Who should I report this problem to?"

Experience in apparel, garments, bags/luggage, footwear, motorcycle accessories, sporting goods or another manufacturing-led consumer business would be practical.

However, attitude, energy, execution ability and demonstrated results matter more to us than an impressive designation.

This is an opportunity for someone who wants considerably more responsibility than a conventional managerial job and wants their growth to be linked to the growth they create.
