Business Head – Two-Wheeler Dealership -Kochi

About the Role

- We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Head to lead and drive the overall business growth of a growing two-wheeler dealership network in Kerala.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies, driving sales performance across multiple branches, identifying new business opportunities, supporting branch expansion, and building a high-performing sales organization.
- This is a strategic leadership role requiring strong business acumen, sales leadership, market understanding, team-building capabilities, and a strong focus on achieving sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the overall business plan and growth strategy in alignment with organizational objectives.
- Drive sales operations across multiple dealership branches, ensuring achievement of revenue, volume, profitability, and market-share objectives.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for two-wheeler vehicles through market expansion, customer acquisition, partnerships, and local market initiatives.
- Monitor branch-wise sales performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective strategies to improve productivity and profitability.
- Lead and support branch expansion initiatives, including evaluation of new markets, locations, and business opportunities.
- Build, lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales leadership and sales team across branches.
- Establish clear sales targets, performance metrics, review mechanisms, and accountability across the sales organization.
- Motivate and inspire sales teams to consistently achieve and exceed business targets.
- Strengthen customer acquisition, retention, relationship management, and overall customer experience.




- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, customer preferences, and business opportunities to support strategic decision-making.
- Work closely with senior management to develop initiatives for business growth, operational efficiency, and long-term profitability.
- Ensure effective coordination between branches and central functions to achieve business objectives.

- The ideal candidate would be a dynamic business leader with demonstrated experience in automotive/two-wheeler dealership sales and business operations, preferably with exposure to managing multiple branches and large sales teams.
- Candidates who have successfully driven business growth, dealership expansion, sales transformation, and team performance will be strongly considered.
