Job Responsibilities

Candidate will be based at corporate office in Mumbai and responsible for driving domestic and international business development and achieving revenue growth in the dyestuffs business.

Candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new markets, customers, distributors and business opportunities across target geographies.

Candidate will be responsible for managing key accounts and building strong, long-term relationships with existing and new customers.

Candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies for expansion in the reactive dyes market.

Candidate will be responsible for representing the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions, conferences and industry events.

Candidate will be responsible for coordinating with the technical team for customer trials, sample approvals, product development and quality-related issues.

Candidate will be responsible for monitoring market trends, competitor activities and pricing to support business and commercial strategies.





Candidate Preferred

Candidate should have a Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Textile Technology, Business Management, Marketing or a related field, with 10+ years of relevant experience.

Candidate should have experience in dyestuffs, dyes, textile chemicals or related chemical industries, preferably with strong international market exposure.

Candidate should have experience in Sales, Marketing and Business Development, including developing current markets and acquiring customers/distributors.

Candidate should have experience in managing key accounts and building strong customer and distributor relationships.

Candidate should have strong negotiation, communication, business development and relationship management skills.

Candidate should have willingness to travel internationally and a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach to drive business expansion.
